Acura of Los Angeles Westside is looking for exceptional customer service experts to help grow our call center team. About the Role ? Appointment Coordinator
As an Appointment Coordinator, you?ll be a critical point of contact for our Sales Department. You?ll handle inbound and outbound calls, text, and online chats?creating positive guest experiences while scheduling test drives and following up with leads.
This is an excellent entry point into the automotive industry for someone with a background in customer service, general sales, marketing, or communications (including experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries).
What You?ll Do
Communicate with Sales guests via phone, text, email, and chat
Handle inbound sales calls professionally and efficiently
Make outbound follow-up calls to improve CSI and increase showroom traffic
Contact missed appointments and encourage rescheduling
Schedule and confirm test drive appointments
Contribute to a strong, motivated, high-performing team culture
What You?ll Need
Full-time or part-time availability
Call center or phone-based customer service experience
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfort using CRM software, phones, and web chat tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
Sit or stand for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and fingers
Lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally
