Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and generate leads.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the software system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment scheduling to follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform warm calling to nurture existing leads and convert them into appointments.
- Assist in developing strategies for market outreach and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for managing client information.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new sales techniques and market trends.
- Experience in outbound calling and business development is a plus.
