About the role
As an Appointment Setter at WarriorBabe, you play a crucial role in helping women take the first step toward transforming their health and confidence. Your work goes beyond simply scheduling calls—you’re connecting with individuals ready to start life-changing fitness journeys. By engaging and qualifying leads, you help open the door to a supportive community and personalized coaching that empowers women to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. Your role truly makes a meaningful impact on their path to wellness and personal growth.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by WarriorBabe.
- Qualify potential clients by asking key questions about their fitness goals and needs.
- Schedule appointments for Enrollment Advisors (Closers) with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads to confirm and reduce no-shows.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Communicate daily with the team via Slack and sales huddles.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Represent WarriorBabe’s supportive and empowering brand in every interaction.

Compensation
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role with base pay starting at $1,000/month upon completion of onboarding, plus 1.5%–3% commission and monthly bonuses based on total cash collected.
