SAS is a full scale industrial electrical and instrumentation contractor, specializing in electrical power and control installations, process control instrumentation, automation programming, commissioning, measurement, gas analysis, and start-up services for the energy industry. Our services include, but are not limited to, new construction, existing facility modifications, and maintenance.
SUMMARY
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged within our field operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs workers engaged in field operations, while providing coaching, counseling and training to staff in accordance with company standards.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Interprets job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Performs activities of workers supervised.
- Makes recommendations for proactive efforts to improve safety visibility and performance in all aspects of work operations.
- Knowledge of how to run all the equipment. Ensures that preventative maintenance, repairs, and required inspections are performed on all operation equipment necessary for safe operations
- Performs job tasks correctly with efficiency to ensure profitability and operations.
- Enforces guidelines and policies set forth by the Company and its customers.
- Enforces all safety policies and procedures, participates in all required safety training and meetings
- QUALIFICATIONS
This job has supervisory oversight over employees at assigned location. Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) will be paramount for the success of this position.

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 5-7 years of related industry and management experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
