Area/Regional Manager
Optimized Consulting has been engaged by a multi-unit retailer specializing in beauty and wellness services. Their brand is known for delivering high-end client experiences in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
The client is seeking a dynamic and driven Area/Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations, ensuring top-tier performance in leadership, customer service, cleanliness, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate is a natural coach, team builder, and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and leadership growth
- Train, coach, and support Store Leaders and staff to uphold standards
- Conduct daily and weekly check-ins with salon leaders
- Address performance through regular evaluations and corrective action as needed
- Step in to manage salons when leadership vacancies arise
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all locations
- Resolve client issues within 24–48 hours
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, coaching teams accordingly
- Maintain a positive, guest-first culture
Operations & Cleanliness
- Enforce daily cleanliness and maintenance protocols
- Troubleshoot and escalate equipment issues
- Review audit results and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Sales & Performance
- Achieve and exceed KPI goals across locations
- Monitor daily sales and performance for coaching opportunities
- Provide regular recognition, training, and roleplay to improve sales effectiveness
- Support low performers through shadowing and focused development
Administrative Oversight
- Submit weekly plans of action and oversee schedule planning
- Manage payroll, timecards, and time-off approvals
- Monitor traffic to optimize staffing
- Ensure weekly inventory counts are completed and accurate
- Maintain up-to-date staffing plans and thorough employee documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in a multi-unit retail or service environment
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- High standards for customer service and operational excellence

- Base Salary - The expected salary range for this role starts at $65,000 per year, but may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role
