Overview
This position is for appartments located in Arlington. Only candidates with experience working in apartments will be considered for this position.
Duties
- Patrol assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as nnecessary.
- Ensure pool area and other common areas are secured.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, de-escalating tensions when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any actions taken during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required and assist in investigations.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years working at an apartment complex or residential property.
- Familiarity with city ordinance.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and first aid practices is essential.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
