We are looking for hands-on, hardworking, and detail-oriented candidates to join our production team. Revbalance produces, assembles, and packages balance boards all at our local facility in Charlotte.
Duties will include:
- Painting and Finishing
- Fabrication
- Product assembly
- Product packaging
Requirements:
- Production or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to maintain strict quality standards
- Standing on feet throughout shift
- Ability to use power tools
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Team player
Direct Hire, Full Time
Day Shift: Weekdays 9am-5pm (lunch + 2 breaks every shift)
Starting Pay: $16/hr - $20/hr depending on experience

- Must pass a background check and drug test prior to hiring and have at least a high school diploma. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Experience with painting and finishing is a plus
- Interest in Boardsports, Sports, or Fitness is also a huge plus.
