Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in daily operations to ensure the shop runs smoothly
- Greet and assist customers, providing top-notch service and resolving inquiries
- Coordinate repair schedules and manage workflow to maximize efficiency
- Communicate with technicians to provide accurate timeframes and updates
- Maintain inventory, order parts, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Oversee billing, invoices, and accurate record-keeping
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Support team morale and encourage a positive workplace environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto repair or service management is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and repair shop software (knowledge of Mitchell 1 is a plus)
- A passion for cars and a solid understanding of auto repair processes
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
