We’re seeking an Assistant BDC/Rental Manager who’s ready to take charge, support daily operations, and ensure every customer interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable. This hybrid role blends business development, customer service, and rental coordination—making you a key player in both our sales and service departments.
Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Responsibilities
- Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team.
- Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations.
- Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met.
- Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly.
Schedule: 4, 10 hour shifts

Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Skills and Qualifications
- A strong communicator who can easily connect with customers over the phone, online, and in person.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and vehicle availability with accuracy.
- A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and keeps customer satisfaction a top priority.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM tools, scheduling software, and internal dealership systems.
- Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Prior experience in a BDC, rental, or dealership setting is preferred but not required—we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
- Sales-minded and capable of identifying opportunities to assist the sales and service teams.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
