Duties
- Manages a business activity as an assistant manager.
- Serves as COR for several contracts including Landscaping, pest control and minor construction.
- Recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Represents the activity to the public.
- Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Government Purchase Card (GPC) Holder
- In charge of decorating for Oktoberfest and Holidays
- Assists with budget, OIP, IG Inspections

- Must be able to obtain and maintain Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Certification
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Government Purchase Card
Qualifications
- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Supervisory / Management experience
- Experience enforcing operating procedures
- Experience conducting surveys, working with activity reports, making recommendations and revenue improvements.
In addition to the above, Highly Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
- Experience in SNACS and DD250 Forms
- Knowledge of NAF Accounting systems and policies
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a COR
Education
Education is not required for this position.
