RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Cheer and Dance Coach position includes standard coaching and
recruiting duties under the supervision of the head coach. The position also includes
live-in responsibilities as a Residence Hall Director.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Participation and/or coaching experience at the
collegiate level preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Employment is subject to
successful completion of a background check.
LOCATION: Iola, KS
SALARY: $22,000 for 10 month position (August 1-May 31) plus room and 19 meal plan for
housing responsibilities. Excellent benefit package including paid single medical and

Plan, KPERS retirement, 403b with employer match, sick leave and personal leave
and tuition benefits for employee and immediate family members.
