We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Assistant Director to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the overall management and operation of our child care center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the development of young minds.

Duties
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.
- Support classroom activities by collaborating with teachers to create a stimulating learning environment for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Engage with children to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and caregiving practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
- Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both children and staff.
