Compensation:
$80,000- $85,000 based on experience + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Summary:
Oak Grove Recovery is seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced clinical leader to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based care and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence across our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical leader on the floor, providing coverage for call-outs and ensuring continuity of care.
- Supervise and support a team of individual and group therapists; provide clinical supervision if independently licensed.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient symptoms and communicate with medical staff regarding treatment plan adjustments.
- Oversee and enhance ancillary programs such as fitness, enrichment, and spiritual services to align with clinical protocols.
- Lead group therapy sessions as needed in the absence of assigned therapists.
- Support compliance efforts, audits, and staff training as delegated by the Clinical Director.
- Assist or lead the patient intake process when necessary.
- Manage clinical staff operations, including hiring, training, and terminations in the absence of the Clinical Director.
- Review Biopsychosocial Evaluations and Individualized Treatment Plans for quality and consistency.
- Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings to review patient progress and recommend treatment adjustments.
- Provide leadership in staff performance management, including coaching, recognition, and corrective action when needed.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
