Position: Assistant Controller
Status: Full Time with benefits. $33.75- $38.50 based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
PHF a non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time Assistant Controller with strong accounting knowledge and experience. PHF is an established regional behavioral health provider focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and scholarship. We offer a full continuum for the treatment of addictions and co-occun-ing disorders with a special focus on opioid use disorders. PHF is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC).
Under the supervision of the Comptroller, responsibilities include:

Under the supervision of the Comptroller, responsibilities include:
- Experience with payroll (ADP)
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and with staff
Qualifications:
- BA degree in accounting with 4 yrs. Experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage)
- Proficient with General Ledger and account reconciliation
