We are in search of a energetic, enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable LPN to join our team here at The Villas of Jackson. We are looking for an LPN to work primarily evening shift Friday-Sunday and to be on call. The shifts could be 3/12s per week, or other variations upon discussion. This could be a full time or part time position. The pay is competitive and based off of license and experience.
Duties:
Resume charge nurse roll when working
Safely and effectively pass medications
Order refills for medications when needed
Effectively sign off medication given or note why medication was not given
Properly process any medication orders given by resident physicians and order it from the pharmacy
Note any reactions to medications
Note any resident changes, symptoms etc. and take action in according to physician orders.
Take call for a 58 bed facility, answering questions, making decisions regarding residents, pick up open shift if needed.
Train level-one med aids
You will be subject to back ground check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferably live in close driving range to facility
