Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant management and catering services.
- Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to create innovative menus that meet guest preferences and seasonal trends.
- Maintain inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within food management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong background in bartending is a plus, with knowledge of various beverages and cocktail preparation.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Experience in training development to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Familiarity with catering operations is advantageous.
