Summary
As an Assistant General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards in hospitality while supporting the General Manager in achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of hotel staff.
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Oversee food and beverage services, ensuring quality standards are met in dining areas.
- Manage inventory levels for restaurant supplies and bar essentials.
- Implement training programs for staff to enhance service delivery and hospitality skills.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the hotel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within the hospitality/ Restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk and food services.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
