SafeSplash Swim School – Sioux Falls is looking for a fun-loving, organized, and service-driven Assistant General Manager to help us deliver the best swim instruction experience around! If you're passionate about water safety, child development, and building strong teams, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be a daily on-deck leader who lifts up your team and keeps operations smooth and upbeat
- Help train and coach our amazing swim instructors and staff (we’ve got the best team in town!)
- Create unforgettable first impressions for families and ensure every swimmer feels like a star
- Jump into action with class setups, deck oversight, facility upkeep, and supply management
- Support scheduling, safety standards, student progress tracking, and so much more!
Whether it’s greeting first-time swimmers with a high five, solving a scheduling puzzle, or coaching a new team member—you’ll be at the heart of what makes SafeSplash special.
We’d Love You If You Have:
- Experience in leadership, customer service, education, and/or aquatics
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire teams with positivity and purpose
- Stellar organizational skills and a love for multitasking
- CPR/First Aid, WSI, LG, LGI certification (or willingness to get it—on us!)
- Comfort using tools like iClassPro and When I Work (or learning them quickly)
- Flexibility to regularly work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Bonus Points If You’re:
- Passionate about water safety and child development
- Experienced in swim school or recreation settings
- Eager to grow into a future General Manager role
