The Assistant General Manager position exists to ensure the overall success of the hotel, to meet or exceed all planned objectives for revenue and net profit, and to ensure guest satisfaction, brand standards and product quality standards are met or exceeded. The Assistant General Manager will assist the GM to manage all areas and departments of the hotel in accordance with Brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere providing superior guest services and product quality. The Assistant General Manager will work a schedule ensuring adequate hotel management coverage is achieved which will include weekends, holidays, nights, and shifts as the needs of the business dictate.
