Assistant General Manager
Location: Chick-fil-A Southridge Center & MacCorkle Avenue – Charleston, WV
Starting Pay: $18-$24/hr, depending on experience and availability
Expected Annual Comp: $51,900 - $63,250

As an Assistant General Manager at Chick-fil-A, you'll work side-by-side with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, lead teams with clarity and care, and drive excellence in service, speed, and food quality.

You’ll work directly with the Owner/Operator and executive team to deliver a world-class experience to thousands of guests each week. You’ll build up leaders, monitor labor and profit metrics, and ensure daily shifts run smoothly from open to close.
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in partnership with Directors and the Owner/Operator
- Train and coach shift leaders and team members to meet performance and hospitality standards
- Manage labor goals, monitor inventory, and help set the tone for service excellence
- Create a positive, motivating culture and resolve operational issues in real time
What We're Looking For:
- Restaurant leadership experience preferred (QSR or full service)
- Strong communicator, solution-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work peak business hours (especially Fridays & Saturdays)
- Passionate about developing others and leading with purpose
