Looking for a "Assistant General Manager" that loves the fitness industry! This position involves creating a great marketing plan, reaching out in the community, as well as building the brand of L. A. Fitness. You will be in charge of recruiting, hiring, training and developing a phenomenal sales team! Fitness membership sales must be your passion, as well as being a total club operator. Problem solving, innovative marketing strategies and leadership characteristics are crucial to this position.
