Assistant Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our casual dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing kitchen operations, budgeting, and supervising staff to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Help develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling practices.
• Supervise and train staff in hospitality management best practices to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
• Create and establish a network of events to promote and grow the customer base.
• Manage Social media accounts to promote and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the casual dining or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports effectively.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in supervising and training staff.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $35,360.00 per year
