Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, including bartending, food production, catering, and coffee service.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to meet business demands.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or front of house manager in a hotel or banquet setting.
- Strong knowledge of bartending, food production, catering, and coffee service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments.
