Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! You’ll be serving up smiles, chatting with customers, and educating them on wellness supplements while keeping the shop sparkling and smooth-running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their selections and ensuring satisfaction
- Knowledge of retail sales, fitness, sports nutrition and wellness supplements.
- Prepare shakes and smoothies with care
- Work independently and can be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lbs over your head and maintain equipment
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (including restocking, wiping surfaces, and minor dishwashing)
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Settle cash drawer, assist with inventory and ordering, schedules, manage costs
- 18+ years old, must be available nights and weekends until 11pm
