Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coaching and motivation.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process for new team members.
- Train and develop staff on best practices in retail sales, cash handling, and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in math skills relevant to retail operations, including retail math concepts.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and recruiting processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
