We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Hounds About Town. This role is essential in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of our pet care services. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate training sessions for new hires.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support marketing efforts to promote services within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or service management roles.
- Strong dog handling skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
