Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the General Manager (GM), the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for:
- Helping to lead operational excellence and the guest experience
- Providing coaching to team members to improve performance
- Ensuring the shift is appropriately deployed to exceed hospitality and guest standards
- Helping to control Cost of Sales through inventory management, tracking, effective ordering, and control of waste and loss each shift
- Leading and modelling all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position required
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
