Position Overview:
As the Assistant Manager, you'll be a face of our facility—helping customers, managing daily operations, and ensuring the property runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with rentals, payments, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts and transactions
- Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating efficiently
- Perform light maintenance and property inspections
- Support the Facility Manager with operational tasks and coverage
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work some weekends and handle light physical tasks (cleaning units, walking property, bending and lifting overhead unit doors)
