Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be expected to:
- Support overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- Provide exceptional customer service, including VIP client relations and issue resolution
- Help maintain store appearance, ensure planogram compliance, and uphold brand standards
- Support inventory management, receiving, and restocking processes
- Assist with team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations

Requirements
- 2+ years in retail or sales
- Experience in customer service, POS systems, inventory
- Available for flexible shifts, including some weekends
- Dress Code: Business casual, all black

- Our team will carefully review your resume.
- If you meet the initial qualifications, you’ll receive a link to schedule your first Zoom interview
- The interview will be conducted by one of our assistants
- The interview will be recorded for internal review.
- If you pass the first round, you’ll be invited to schedule a second interview.
- After the second interview, if you qualify, we will request 3 professional references.
- Candidates selected for the role will move forward with onboarding.
Tentative training start date: second week of June (subject to confirmation).
Paid training will consist of 5 days in total:
- 3 sessions via Zoom
- 2 sessions in person
- 4 hours per day
