Nova Trampoline Park is searching for upbeat, outgoing, zealous individuals to join our team! We currently have an opening for an assistant manager position.
The Assistant Manager will assist and execute all aspects of Nova Trampoline Park's operation including, but not limited to, guest services, food and beverage, training and operations. This individual will report directly to the General Manager and work in tandem to reinforce operational and cultural standards.
KEY RESONSIBILITIES
General
- Work with and support the General Manager; assume GM responsibilities in his/her absence
- Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication
- Manage all facets of the operation, including regular financial reporting
- Establish and uphold Nova standards and expectations
- Oversee Nova's defined processes around inventory and reporting responsibilities
- Oversee labor and spending for entire facility, within the park's guidelines
- Track all spending and ensure it is accounted for and in accordance with the park's policies

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience managing a team in an entertainment or food and beverage environment
- Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent through thoughtful leadership and genuine concern for team member growth
- Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with constant distractions
- Lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly
- Achieve budgeted financial results in areas of responsibility
- Act as a mentor and lead by strong example
- Maintain a professional image
