Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and pricing accuracy.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and clerical duties.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Implement sales strategies to meet store goals and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.
Requirements
- Strong math skills for managing transactions and inventory.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales management or retail operations is preferred.
