The Assistant Manager should have at least 3 years experience in the retail setting.
He/She must possess excellent customer service, understand how to interact with customers on a daily basis and show skills needed to not only work with others , but to build a good customer base by providing skills they have learnt . This position will require the candidate to be a key holder , and work some weekend shifts as and when needed. The candidate should have at least graduated high school.
