Assistant Property Manager
- Support the property manager with daily tasks/assignments as necessary
- Maintain excellent customer service
- Actively look for ways to improve the property and its operations, or bring up points of interest the manager might be unaware of
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances
- Must carry out various tasks as they arise, which can require a valid driver's license
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines
- Must be able to properly retain and relay information
- Experience with renovation of apartments a plus
- Knowledge of Resman a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to problem solve alongside property manager

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- 1 Year in the apartment leasing industry, preferably with some assistant manager experience
