We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our high volume Rí Rá Irish Pub location in Portland, Maine! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous bar & restaurant management experience and be looking to progress their career with an ambitious and growing hospitality Company! Salary is based on experience.

- You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures and ServSafe food management certification alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol
- You ideally have an educational background with a focus in the hospitality field
What You Will be Doing
- Assuming responsibility and accountability for the business when Manager-on-Duty on shift
- Assisting in the management of the financial (sales building and cost control), operational and personnel components of the business, both Front and Back of House
- Assisting in representing the brand and business at the local level
- Establishing, nurturing and maintaining trusted relationships with employees, guests, community groups, societies, vendors and local authorities
- Assisting in ensuring that all local and state laws are followed as related to the service of food and alcohol, employment and the facility in general
