Job Description:
Responsible for managing the operations of our restaurant and assists the GM in achieving company goals and budgets. Responsible for all daily operations of the business, including but not limited to, employee management, supervision and training, guest relations, cash management and accountability, inventory and ordering, customer service, scheduling, management of the physical plant, maintenance, alcohol awareness, public relations, and quality control.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in a high volume restaurant or brewpub, preferably in a management capacity.
- Knowledge of computers – MS Office, POS systems (SpotOn preferred).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- ServSafe and TIPS certified or equivalent.
- Knowledge of craft beer
- Bartending and serving experience

Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.
