Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
