- Maintain phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing decisions to optimize stock availability.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate timekeeping and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize strong math skills for cash handling, financial reporting, and budgeting tasks.
- Organize staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store management is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales management with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and staff.
