We are looking for dependable, driven leaders who are ready to take charge! As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, stepping up to lead the store, especially during evening shifts. You will play a key role in customer service, team training, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the leader on-site from 3 PM through closing and whenever the Store Manager is off.
- Help train and mentor Sales Associates to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Keep the store compliant with company standards and operating procedures.
- Complete online manager training and continually grow your knowledge.
- Drive sales in print, shipping, packaging supplies, and other in-store services.
- Oversee daily customer service and sales operations, including transactions and orders.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer the best solutions.
- Support Corporate Retail Service (CRS) clients with exceptional care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and proactive customer service.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s in Business, Printing Technology, or related field is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in retail sales, printing, shipping, or related fields preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Customer service superstar with strong leadership instincts.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software.
- Comfortable with basic math, reports, and sales data.
- Emotionally mature with good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Training Requirements:
- Must complete online Certified Operator Training and Print Certification within one year.
- Must qualify for and maintain a Notary License. We will guide you through it.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass background checks. Honesty and trustworthiness are a must.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sense of responsibility.
Physical & Working Conditions:
- Lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stair use required.
- Office and retail environment with evening, weekend, and nontraditional shifts as needed.
