Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting team development. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Request/manage/track COI's per contractors/Project as required.
- Manage employee paperwork such as new hire on-boarding, continued training matrix, as well as other administrative related duties (Drug test, terminations, payroll weekly payroll, Workmans comp, etc.)
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes. (Ideal candidate thrives under pressure and can multitask effectively.)
- Prior construction administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Supervise front desk activities, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings and functions.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee procurement processes.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
- Provide support in team management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- in office management or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with training development and team management practices.
- Construction Administrative Experience 2 Years
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering a productive work environment.

Pay: $16.85 - $35.00 per hour
