Primary responsibility is customer service, stocking, and food preparation, in our busy produce department. This includes:
- Greeting and waiting on customers
- Preparing and packaging customer orders of produce items
- Assisting with preparation of produce items for sale
- Unloading deliveries and stocking the shelves
- Cleaning and maintaining the work environment
- Ordering product in line with current sale ads, seasonality, and customer demand
Applicants must be able to work some weekend days.
A positive, customer focused attitude is a must. Previous work experience in food service preferred and previous experience in retail grocery preferred.
