Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within the construction sector. This position involves working closely with project managers, clients, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members.
Duties
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, including site visits and meetings, to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Prolog for document management and collaboration.
- Support the preparation of schematics and construction documents using Civil 3D.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, clients, and internal teams to address any issues or changes in scope.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in site inspections to assess progress and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience or coursework in construction management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools; familiarity with Bluebeam and Prolog is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and civil engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of project coordination processes, contract management, and building regulations is beneficial.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,455.00 per year
