Assists the Project Manager in the administrative and technical management of the project, including submittal tracking and review, subcontractor proposal review, follow up correspondence with subcontractors/client vendors, permitting assistance, and data entry for final review. They assist in supervising all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributes to pre-construction services
- Contributes to project financial tracking
- Manages project start-ups
- Maintains schedules
- Manages project administration
- Contributes to field operations
- Supports client relations by interacting regularly with FCI Project Manager
- Manages project closeout and post construction services
- Assists Office Manager in document preparation: proposals, invoices, etc.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Background check required
- Drug-free
- Language qualifications: English required, Spanish preferred
- Proficient in documentation, filing, organization, data entry, attention to detail, and problem solving
- Strong computer skills are a necessity, including Microsoft word, excel, Microsoft projects, email, and adobe acrobat. Familiarity with construction project management applications preferred: Procore, Newforma, Protrack, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with owners, the A/E team, building departments and other team members
