Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of property management practices. This position requires effective communication and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing property maintenance and facilities management to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management.
- Familiarity with administrative functions, including data entry and record keeping.
- Understanding of relevant laws pertaining to property management is a plus.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
