The Property Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations at a high-rise or large family property. The Property Manager is responsible for site administration, ensuring that the property is operating efficiently and profitably. Manage all aspects of property performance to include but not limited to maintaining physical building operations, leasing administration, financial performance and resident relations. Direct supervision of onsite office support and maintenance staff. The selected candidate will be passionate about the Authority’s mission and will strive to advance the mission, vision, and values to internal and external stakeholders.
EDUCATION:A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management or Real Estate is highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:Two (2) to Four (4) years’ experience in Property Management Operations, Financial/Fiscal Management, Project Management or Real Estate Management with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience. Designation as a Public Housing Manager (PHM), or other related certification is highly desirable. Certification required within one (1) year of employment.
