Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. Responding to guests on airbnb, vrbo. etc. Learning how to use the propertry management software. Sending out pay rolls, owners portals, dealing with guests, managing the housekeeping and maintence staff, running expenses, and alot more. Must be great with people! and must be very good with a computer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading a dedicated team. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage various aspects of resort operations effectively.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front desk services, guest relations, and housekeeping.
- Responding to guests and inquiries promptly
- Answering the phone
- Managing housekeeping
- Managing maintence and other staff
- Making charts and graphs and organizing
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a welcoming environment by providing outstanding guest services and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high occupancy rates.
- Lead, train, and develop staff across various departments to enhance performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, hire, and retain top talent within the resort team.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the resort.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, night audit processes, and guest services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with revenue management principles is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
