Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and support the Store Manager. You’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience to every customer while mentoring team members and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive experience
- Oversee oil changes and basic maintenance services
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify any service needs
- Check tire pressure, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and wipers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Place inventory orders and manage stock levels
- Open and close the store as needed
- Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter with a team-first mindset
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Prior automotive experience is helpful
- Reliable and eager to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions
- Weekend availability required
Physical Requirements
- Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Work in a shop environment with tools and equipment
