The Role
Frank & Eileen is opening our very first US flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City! From our Irish country house HQ in sunny California to the heart of Manhattan, our woman-owned, woman-led, B Corp-certified brand journey continues as we enter our NYC era. Join us in this exciting evolution of our business - we are hiring a Front of House (FOH) Assistant Store Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations and overall success of the Frank & Eileen New York Flagship Store. This role partners closely with the General Store Manager to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is a natural coach, passionate about selling and service, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining a luxury client experience.
- Lead daily team huddles, communicate priorities, and provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback to FOH associates.
- Observe, teach, and coach selling behaviors on the floor to ensure consistent service and performance standards.
- Take ownership of customer relationships and handle escalations with grace and professionalism.
- Drive daily sales metrics, conversion, and UPT goals through hands-on leadership and team engagement.
- Partner with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams to implement in-store initiatives and retail activations.
- Manage front-of-house operational processes including opening/closing procedures, customer service policies, and floor readiness.
- Communicate with the Back of House team to ensure the selling floor is always fully stocked and visually aligned.
- Lead by example in delivering personalized, elevated service to every customer.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and relationship-building among the sales team.
- Ensure the store environment reflects Frank & Eileen’s brand standards at all times.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and team development.
- Strong selling, service, and clienteling abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Experience executing a new store opening, a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation
Salary Range of $70,000-$80,000
