You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and are able to complete your DCF hours within 90 Days of employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher:
