What You'll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom routines and lesson plans
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
- Engage with children through play, storytelling, songs, and hands-on activities
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, and rest time
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
We’re Looking For:
- A warm and nurturing personality
- Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood setting (preferred but not required)
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (some coursework is a plus)
