Job Description:
We are looking for a caring, capable Assistant to the School Principal to join our educational team and help us create a warm and inspiring environment where children can grow and thrive. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about our curriculum. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, professional, and great at multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer school phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and relay relevant information to appropriate teachers or school administrators
- Explain curriculum offerings clearly and confidently to families and students
- Participate in students’ daily activities and monitor their growth and well-being
- Perform general administrative support at school
- Support daily school operations, including: class scheduling, student record management, classroom allocation, and communication with teaching staff
Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or above
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in introducing school programs to students/parents and assist with registration process
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Canva )
- Familiar with managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Red Note)
- Enjoys working with children and has experience interacting with ages 4–12
- Has the ability to independently substitute and and teach classes for Grades 3–5
- Has experience in education; background in early childhood teaching is a plus
